Mayor opens Village Board meeting.

Pledge of Allegiance

Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Ferrara, Brozier and Newhard, Village Clerk Angela Arasim

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of March 6th meeting, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor reads abstracts:

General $89,057.81

Water $23,084.82

Sewer $14,773.66

Trust & Agency $5,459.25

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to table any motion to approve the Mass gathering permit for the Rock Around the Clock Block party submitted by the Fishkill business association until his meeting with the Activities committee, so move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Second, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.

Fire: Mayor reads report submitted by Chief Knapp, on file.

Mayor entertains motion to approve resignation of Protection Engine Members Diane McSpedon and Patrick Sanchez, So Move Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Deputy Mayor Phillips Abstained.

Mayor entertains motion to approve membership changes submitted by Rec. Secy of Protection Engine  So Move Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Deputy Mayor Phillips Abstained.

Justice report submitted by Court Clerk and read by Mayor

Police report read by Commissioner Scofield, Jr.

Water/Sewer: Dave Morrison reads report, on file

Mayor entertain motion to authorize Glenham Water Meter pit Bid package proposal to be advertised as long as Village Attorney reviews and approves documents, So Move Trustee Newhard, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Carried.

Project Coordinator report read by Rad Wilson, on file

Ambulance report submitted

Owners of Tomato Café are present to discuss parking are issue in back parking lot; hash marking will be painted in the Spring to mark area as no parking
