Mayor opens Public Hearing for MS4 Annual Report

No comments from Public, Mayor closes public hearing and opens Village Board meeting.

Pledge of Allegiance

Present: Mayor Miccio, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustees Ferrara, Brozier and Newhard, Village Clerk Angela Arasim

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of May 1st meeting, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, none, all in favor, Aye.  Motion carried.

Mayor reads abstracts:

General $27,632.30

Water $15,079.90

Sewer $12,876.04

Trust & Agency $4,728.75

Mayor entertains motion to approve abstracts as read, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign Sec. 4 of the Annual MS4 Report, as presented, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to appoint Daniel Borchert as Village Treasurer, to start June 2nd and finish prior Treasurer’s term until July 2018 Reorg. Meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, Discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried.

Mayor entertains a motion to approved the Mass gathering permit submitted by Fast Eddies Bar for June 4th event in back parking lot of bar, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  Carried

Mayor entertains motion to rescind the open container law for Fast Eddies event on June 4th from 2pm to 11pm in the back parking lot only, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Carried

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the amended Mobile Life Ambulance agreement to remove nursing home & residential health care facilities from the Village subsidy in the Village Contract, So Move Trustee Brozier, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, Trustee Ferrara asked if it would affect any of those residents to get transported, no it will not, all in favor, Aye. Carried.

Mayor entertains motion to award the Glenham Meter Pit relocation bid to the low Bidder, B&K excavation for 247,256.00, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Newhard, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.   Carried.

Project Coordinator report read by Rad Wilson, on file

Ambulance report submitted

Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to adjourn, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye.  8:05 pm
