NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Fishkill, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York on the 16th day of November 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Van Wyck Hall, 1095 Main Street, Fishkill, New York. for public comment on the Ram Hospitality Inc. Site Plan and Special Use Permit applications for the property located at 21 Schuyler Boulevard known as tax grid number 1330001-6255- 01-108713-0000.

The applicant is requesting to build three additions to the existing Holiday Inn Express. The additions would add 15 additional rooms and enlarge the public area. The site consists of one parcel that is approximately 2.36 acres and is located in the Planned Industry Zoning District. Pursuant to Section 171-64 of the Zoning Law, hotels are permitted subject to Special use permit and site plan approval from the Planning Board. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall for review.
All interested parties will be heard by the Planning Board of the Village of Fishkill at the Public Hearing as stated above.
