Public Hearings open for Bill A-2015 and B-2015. Mayor reads summary of bills and opens to the public
Richard O’Rourke Atty from Keene & Beane on behalf of Carmax. He states that they are concerned about the moratorium and hope it will not extend past the 6 months.
Karen Hagstrom, Atty from Corablly, Gartland and Rappleyea on behalf of the owner of the Ramada conference center. She states that they echo what Mr. O’Rourke stated regarding the moratorium.
Mayor states they are just planning for 6 month moratorium, not the Village intension to drag it on; the comprehensive plan committee noticed in that district there were some issues. Mayor invites them to work w/the comprehensive plan committee, purely unofficial involvement, to give their point of view.

Mayor entertains motion to approve the minutes of the February 5th meeting, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded Trustee Ferrara, Discussion, none, all in favor, Trustee Brozier abstained, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Trustee Ferrara, Mayor, Aye. Motion carried.
Deputy Mayor Phillips moves to approve the Public Gathering Permit submitted by K104 for the May 3rd cupcake festival on Main Street, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor entertains motion to adopt Bill B-2015 as Local Law 2-2015, So Move Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Deputy Mayor Phillips, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor reads letter from Fishkill Historical Society requesting use of Village Hall and entertains motion to approve use, So Move Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Mayor reads letter from Fishkill Business Association requesting the craft Fair be held on Main Street, So Move, Deputy Mayor Phillips, Seconded, Trustee Ferrara, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.

Mayor entertains motion to authorize him to sign the agreement with Arold Construction for the Rt. 9 Water Main Improvement project, So Move, Trustee Ferrara, Seconded, Trustee Brozier, discussion, none, all in favor, Aye. Motion carried.
Fire: Mayor reads report submitted by Chief Scofield, on file
Mayor reads membership changes submitted by Protection Engine Co. #1:
Brandon Demarco to Active Membership; Charles Delbene, Stephen Dixon and Cory Dubetsky to Associate Membership, and entertains motion to approve memberships
